GC Déco or its partners cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering address details. The customer must check all details of the order before confirming it. The address must be accessible to delivery personnel, and if no delivery instructions are left, the customer must ensure that there is someone available to receive the parcel.
If packages are returned to GC Déco, GC Déco will reimburse the customer for the price of the product with the exception of shipping costs, packaging costs and handling costs if applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, deliveries made to addresses are considered received once they have arrived at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is received.
The customer is responsible for the order from the moment the parcel arrives at the delivery address indicated. GC Déco or its partners cannot be held responsible for the disappearance of the parcel after delivery. If an item is received damaged, GC Déco must be informed within 4 days (see the ‘Refunds and returns’ section for more details).
If goods are sent to an address other than that of the customer, there is no contract between the recipient of these goods (the customer) and GC Déco. In this case, GC Déco cannot intervene in any aspect of the sale between the customer and the customer who receives the shipped items.
The shipment tracking number and notification will be sent to the customer once the products have been shipped.
