The customer acknowledges that the maximum refund offered by GC Déco will be limited to the price of the product and will not cover additional costs such as shipping and packaging, except in certain circumstances mentioned in the section: "What are the refunded costs?".
GC Déco products are carefully packaged and checked. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product does not arrive in good condition. In this case, any complaint relating to defects or anomalies concerning the goods delivered must be notified on our website, in order to be taken into account, within four days of receipt of the goods. The complaint must be sent by e-mail: info@gcdeco.com
If a damaged product is sent to your customer, GC Déco will replace the item and pay the shipping costs. In this case, the incident must be notified within four days of receipt of the goods, unless GC Déco decides to refund the value of the product instead of replacing it.
Items which, through no fault of our own, are damaged or incomplete or which can only be used once cannot be refunded.
If a customer wishes to return a product in perfect condition and the customer accepts the return, it is the customer's responsibility to process these products as GC Déco will not accept returned items under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any additional processing costs incurred by GC Déco when products are returned in perfect condition. GC Déco will charge you €13 for processing and administration costs per delivery. You must pay these processing and administration costs within 15 days of receiving an invoice to this effect.

How to return faulty products to GC Déco ?
GC Déco offers an exceptional free replacement or refund for products with manufacturing defects. Initial shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded. Any complaint relating to defects or quality problems with the goods delivered must be notified, in order to be taken into consideration, within four days of receipt of the goods. After this period, we can no longer be held responsible and returns of goods will no longer be accepted.

Please note: Be sure to bring your invoice number and photos of the damage as proof when registering the claim. You can choose to receive a replacement item or be credited for the cost of the item. Once we have received your complaint correctly and approved the request, a returns label will be created and sent to you. You will be refunded or credited on your next invoice within 30 days. If a customer decides to return products by other means, the customer will pay all costs incurred and must inform GC Deco of this decision so that we can process the return.
How a customer's defective product will be replaced ?
Once we have correctly received your complaint by email and approved the request, a returns label will be created and sent to you. Upon receipt of the return, a replacement order will be created, free of charge. The tracking number for the new order will be sent to you by e-mail.
What expenses are reimbursed ?

Breakage due to transport or loss of packaging/pallet: a replacement order will be sent free of charge or the goods and transport costs will be reimbursed - Packaging costs will not be reimbursed. A claim can be made to our carrier to obtain compensation.

Problem with the quality of the goods: commercial reduction or free replacement order if a commercial reduction is refused - Initial transport costs and packaging costs will not be reimbursed.

Wrong item delivered: Free replacement order or full refund (goods, postage and packing) after free return.

Return within 14 days for reasons of retraction: Return at the customer's expense. The price of the item will be refunded on receipt in good condition. Packaging and transport costs will not be refunded. An additional processing and administration fee of €13 will be charged.
When will GC Déco not refund 100% of the value of the product?

If the product shows obvious signs of misuse or unjustified damage, or if it arrives in poor condition.
- When the product is returned without its packaging, with damaged packaging or with shipping labels that render the packaging unusable.
- If the product is returned with parts or accessories missing, the product will not be refunded.
